Mise en Fleur is a one-of-a-kind creative gathering that merges floral design, education, and community. The retreat is hosted by Christina Yan, Founder & CEO of bespoke wedding floral studio Bellevue Floral Co, and lifestyle goods shop Camino, both based in Napa, California.

Mise en Fleur has now grown from a one-time event in Napa Valley to a destination retreat in stunning cities around the world. This year we will be hosting events in Napa, Santa Barbara, and Lake Como, Italy.

Our retreat is open to florists and floral enthusiasts of all experience levels. Each day is typically centered around a hands-on floral design intensive accompanied by a business course (topics range from opening a brick-and-mortar shop to strategies for social media and content creation).
